This class combines controlled movements and gentle stretches to increase your range of motion that has been lost over time while also improving your posture and strengthening your core! This type of self-care translates into decreasing soreness and lowers your risk of injury while performing daily activities. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own personal yoga mat.
