This speaker series is presented by certified public accountant and professional fiduciary, Victoria Allen. Victoria will be offering insightful strategies for avoiding and resolving disputes in estate planning and family conflicts. She will discuss common sources of estate conflicts, examples of family conflicts arising from estate settlement, and practical steps to proactively plan to minimize the risk of conflict. Additionally, strategies and resources for managing and resolving family conflicts, including mediation and collaborative problem-solving, will also be discussed.
