Description
It’s Fat Tuesday so now is your chance to bulk up on fatty, rich foods you might not normally eat while celebrating Mardi Gras! Join us at the Sales Center for an evening of delicious eats and fun drinks! The Tropical Cajun will be supplying dinner and the HOA will be supplying dessert. Bring your own favorite beverages. Live entertainment with 50 members registered.
Minimum of 30 needed to host event and maximum of 75. Please register by February 12. You will have a choice of one entree from the caterer and each entree comes with two sides.
Each attendee can choose one of the following Entrees which comes with both sides:
Muffuletta: A N’Awlins favorite! Sourdough bred with olive spread, salami, ham and mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Hot & Pressed!
Grilled Shrimp Po Boy: 12 Gulf Shrimp served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and house made remoulade.
Blackened Chicken Po Boy: Blackened Chicken Tenderloins served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and house made remoulade.
Gumbo: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo made with a Dark Roux served with Garlic Bread
Cajun Garden Pasta (Vegetarian): Creamy Pasta combined with grilled tomatoes, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and celery.
Cajun Sides: Dirty Rice & Potato Salad
