Join us on Sunday, May 3 at 7:00 a.m. on the Venue Lawn for an energizing and restorative start to your day. This special session is designed to welcome all levels and provide a glimpse into the graceful, flowing practice of Tai Chi.
Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility, and strength while nurturing a deep sense of calm and clarity. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit in a peaceful outdoor setting.
Please wear lightweight sneakers or swim shoes for comfort and ease of movement.
