Board Meeting & Annual Meeting with Election

Description

The purpose of the Annual Meeting and Election is to elect (1) Member to the Board of Directors for 2025 as well as transact such other business as may properly be brought before the membership. The Director will be elected to serve a one (1) year term. Each household is entitled to only one (1) vote.

The following individuals have submitted notice to the Association of their desire to serve on the Board of Directors:

Your Board of Directors urges each Member to be present for this important meeting. Should you be unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please use the ezVote platform to assign your voting rights to a Proxy holder for the most efficient option. You may also use the enclosed Proxy to assign your voting rights to a Proxy holder. Please return your Proxy as it helps to ensure a quorum is attained at the meeting. Even if you plan to attend the meeting, please return your Proxy since plans can change.

This Notice is emailed or mailed to all Owners at their last address of record on the 27th day of October, 2025, by order of the Board of Directors and in compliance with Florida Statute.
