Jab, kick, and uppercut in this high- energy (contact-less) class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio for a fun workout that helps build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle.

No equipment or experience necessary.

All fitness levels welcome!
