Your National Director of Food, Beverage & Culinary Experience, Patrick Scully, along with your local Lifestyle team invite you to join us for our next installment of the Cooking and Cocktail Series: The Soul of Soup.
Delve into the rich history of soups and discover their origins, cultural significance, and how they’ve evolved over time. We’ll unravel the intriguing details behind this beloved comfort food while learning about the incredible diversity of soups from around the world. From hearty stews to delicate consommés, we’ll explore the wide spectrum of flavors and ingredients that make each soup unique. Uncover the secrets to crafting a perfect soup base as we dissect the differences between stocks and broths. Discover just how easy it is to prepare homemade soup, and why it’s a healthier alternative to store-bought options. We’ll share tips and tricks to elevate your soup game while prioritizing your well-being.

This tasting experience will last approximately 1.5 hours and attendees will enjoy samples of the featured items. Volunteers may be requested. Please visit the event calendar on your community website to register. All attendees are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy.
