Join us for a culinary escape to the Mediterranean as we explore fresh, coastal flavors from the Greek islands. Attendees will learn to prepare Chicken Souvlaki, paired with homemade tzatziki and a refreshing horiatiki salad that brings the whole plate together. To complement the menu, we’ll highlight Mediterranean wines that elevate these bright and fresh dishes.
During the demonstration, you will enjoy samples of the featured items and volunteers may be requested. All attendees are encouraged to bring their own beverages to enjoy.
