Description
At Esplanade, our approach to wellness is multi-faceted and designed to create a holistic experience for our Members and guests. It is in this spirit that we are pleased to invite you to our annual health and wellness expo, Fall in Love with Wellness!
We will beginning with our Zumba Class in the morning, then continue on with Aqua Fit Class. After the Expo at the Sales Gallery we will end the day with the Yoga Group Class later in the afternoon. Between the fitness class we will be offering a healthy option lunch provided by The Bowl Bazaar and literature on health and wellness. If you are not attending either of the fitness classes this day, you are still welcome to join us for the expo held in the Sales Gallery at 12:00-2:00. Please register individually for each part of the event you will be attending so we have a idea of attendance.
