Nautical Nights – A Pirate Themed Social (Signature Event)

Description

Get ready to set sail at Esplanade Nautical Nights! Dive into a world of pirate-inspired adventures with lively sea shanties, delectable maritime fare, and plenty of surprises. This is a nautical adventure you won’t want to miss!

While costumes are not required, we do encourage everyone to dress up in their favorite pirate attire if they would like to.

The Bahama Bar will be closed all day on February 1st in preparation for this private event. Additionally, the pool will close at 4:00pm on that day. 

Members who do not purchase a ticket for the event will not be permitted to access the pool or surrounding area after 4:00pm on February 1st.

There are three ticket options for this event. Please read all options thoroughly before making your selection. Please note that NONE of the ticket options include alcohol. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on the boat during the pirate cruise and during the event from the Bahama Bar.

Ticket Option 1: Event ONLY ($60)
This ticket grants you access to the main celebration at the Resort Amenity Campus from 6:00-9:00pm. With this ticket option, you can indulge in a feast fit for a captain, with delicious food to keep your hunger at bay. This ticket is perfect for those who want to join in the fun but prefer to stay on land! This ticket option is available for purchase through January 24th. 

Ticket Option 2: Pirate Cruise ONLY ($45)
Set sail earlier in the day for a scenic, swashbuckling journey across the waters. This ticket includes only the cruise, so it doesn’t grant access to the evening event, but it’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in the pirate lifestyle for the day. Please see more information about the cruise below. This ticket option is available for purchase through January 17th. 

Ticket Option 3: Event and Pirate Cruise Combo ($100)
This ticket includes both the event and the pirate cruise! Set sail with fellow adventurers for a fantastic pirate-themed cruise on the open waters before returning for a feast and more fun at the event later in the evening. Please see more information about the cruise below. This ticket option is available for purchase through January 17th. 

Important Information for the Pirate Cruise:

• Deadline: The deadline to purchase ticket option 2 or 3 is January 17th. Registration must be closed at this time so we can give a final headcount to the transportation and pirate cruise companies.
• Minimum and Maximum # of Attendees: The pirate cruise requires a minimum of 35 attendees and can accommodate a maximum of 75 attendees. If we don’t meet the minimum number, the private charter will not be able to take place, and the cruise portion of your ticket will be refunded.
• Refund Policy: Cruise refunds will not be administered UNLESS we are unable to meet the minimum number of attendees. We kindly ask that you be sure you’re able to attend the cruise if you are purchasing a ticket option that includes the cruise.
• Location: 951 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, FL 34145
• Time: The cruise will take place from 1:00-3:00pm on February 1st.
• Transportation: We will be utilizing Naples Transportation to transport Members to and from the cruise site. While the transportation cost is included in the ticket price, you are not required to utilize it. If you choose not to travel with the group or miss the departure times, you will be responsible for finding your own transportation. The bus will depart from the Resort Amenity Campus at 12:20pm to head to the cruise location (address is listed above). After the conclusion of the pirate cruise, the bus will depart from Marco Island at 3:20pm to head back to Esplanade.
• Additional Info: While onboard the ship, entertainment will be provided by a DJ. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the bar on board.
