Get ready to tone, lift, and sculpt your backside in our Glutes-Max Workout Class! This high-intensity session is designed to specifically target and maximize the strength and shape of your glutes. Using a combination of resistance bands, free weights, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll engage in a series of dynamic movements to activate and challenge your glute muscles from all angles.
