Using a combination of resistance bands, free weights, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll engage in a series of dynamic movements to activate and challenge your glute muscles from all angles. Our certified instructors will guide you through various exercises, ensuring proper form and technique to optimize results and minimize the risk of injury.
