Step into a glamorous world where flapper dresses and dapper suits take center stage. Enjoy signature cocktails, indulge in decadent hors d’oeuvres, and dance the night away to live music. The dazzling decor sets the scene for an unforgettable soiree filled with glitz and glamour, transporting you straight into the heart of the Roaring 20s!

Costumes are encouraged, but not required — whether you come dressed to the nines in your finest flapper fringe and fedoras or just want to enjoy the vibe, you’ll fit right in.

Appetizers:

• Deviled eggs stuffed with lobster, caviar, and shrimp (gluten free)
• Shrimp cocktail served with cocktail sauce (gluten free)
• Charcuterie platter with assorted cheeses and fruit (gluten free)
• Waldorf salad (gluten free and vegetarian)
• Finger sandwiches (vegetarian sandwiches will be available)

Entrees:

• Baked and carved fresh ham (gluten free)
• Pigs in a blanket
• Beef wellington
• Chicken croquettes

Desserts: There will be an entire table with assorted desserts to choose from.

Amenity Closures:

The Bahama Bar will be closed all day on Saturday, October 11th, in preparation for this private event.

The pool will be closing at 3:00pm on Saturday to begin event set-up.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Alcoholic beverages will NOT be charged to member accounts during the event.
Instead, we’ll be using a drink ticket system to ensure quick and easy service for everyone.

Here’s how the drink ticket system will work:

During the event, drink tickets will be available for purchase at one of the pool cabanas.

Credit cards will be required for ticket purchases—member account charges and cash will NOT be accepted.

Each ticket is color-coded by drink type, and all prices include tax and gratuity:

Blue Ticket – Beer – $6
Red Ticket – Wine – $10
Green Ticket – Well Cocktails – $11
Yellow Ticket – Call Cocktails – $15

To expedite the drink ticket purchasing process, we encourage you to buy your drink tickets before the event. You may purchase your drink tickets from the Lifestyle Manager, Kelsey, at the Resort Amenity Campus during the following days and times:

Thursday, October 9th, from 1:00pm-4:00pm
Friday, October 10th, from 10:00am-4:00pm

Please note that you will be responsible for keeping up with the drink tickets you purchase. You will not be provided with replacement tickets if you misplace or lose them.

Reminder: Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the event ticket price.
