Description
Come dive “in too deep” for an exhilarating and challenging, no-impact, deep water workout! This class incorporates total body movements including stretching, strength, balance, and range of motion in the pool. Remain flexible and improve functional daily activities!
Flotation belts are provided. Members may opt to participate in shallow water, as well!
