Kari Miglaw is the author and creator of the Let’s Play and Discover (LPAD) children’s book series which encourages young children to explore movement, teamwork and learning through playful rhymes and cheerful illustrations.

With a passion for wellness and an active lifestyle, Kari creates engaging stories that inspire children to move, play, and discover new sports and activities. As a mother of two grown sons, founder of YOGATTA, and beloved fitness instructor here at Esplanade by the Islands, she believes that learning and movement go hand in hand. Through the LPAD series, Kari hopes to help children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of active play.
