Total Body Strength is a full-body workout designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and increase overall endurance. Using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class targets all major muscle groups with controlled, effective movements. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are offered to help participants challenge themselves while improving strength, stability, and functional fitness.
