Description
Yoga is an excellent form of holistic fitness aligning both the mind and body. In addition to learning and practicing poses to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance while building strength, Yoga also focuses on intentional breathing mirror meditation, drawing the focus to the breath and clearing the mind of thoughts. All levels are welcome.
Yoga will be held once a month and is complimentary to closed members until our Resort Amenity Center opens. Please bring your own personal yoga mat.
