Description
Yoga for Pickleball and Golf is designed to support players by improving flexibility, balance, and core strength—key elements for a powerful swing and quick movement on the court. This class focuses on mobility in the hips, shoulders, and spine while enhancing stability and body awareness to help improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Through a series of controlled stretches, strengthening poses, and mindful breathing, participants will increase range of motion, improve posture and rotation, and build the stability needed for better control, power, and endurance during play.
This class is suitable for all levels and is a great way for players to recover, move more efficiently, and stay game-ready both on the court and on the course.
