The location of the event has moved from the event lawn to the sales gallery lanai due to health and safety reasons.  See you there!!!

This is a special Lifestyle Event.  Bring your own yoga mat and beverage of choice.  Ride your bike, or walk/run etc. to the venue and you will be entered in the raffle which the winner will be announced at the end of the event.

Yoga is an excellent form of holistic fitness aligning both the mind and body.  In addition to learning and practicing poses to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance while building strength, Yoga also focuses on intentional breathing mirror meditation, drawing the focus to the breath and clearing the mind of thoughts.  All levels are welcome.
