A perfect combination of fun and fitness. This dynamic and exciting class keeps you moving with a variety of energetic music and Zumba-style dance for a total body workout. Please bring a pair of 1-3 lb. weights to class.
These Classes will be held every Friday, complimentary to closed members until our Amenities Center is open.
