Classical Pilates meets strength and sweat. You will feel the power of your energy flowing throughout your body. This class will incorporate different bodyweight exercises to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Lengthen and tone your body while training the core, the powerhouse of the body. You will feel and see amazing results both mentally and physically! Great for all levels and ages! Mats available for Members who may need to borrow one.
