Ignite your workout with HIIT & Core! This fast-paced class combines high-intensity interval training with focused core exercises to burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance and stability. Expect short bursts of cardio followed by targeted abdominal and core work. All fitness levels welcome with modifications provided.
